  • Mass of Remembrance: Saturday, November 4 @ 2 PM
    The parish family will remember all parishioners or relatives of parishioners who have died in the past year on Saturday, November 4
    th at 2:00 PM.   All are invited to join us in this celebration of prayer and remembrance
  • Pajama and Book Collection: October 14 and 15
    On the weekend of October 14 & 15, the Christian Service Committee will be collecting for our “pajama and book” collection. This program will provide children-in-need, those waiting and hoping to be adopted, with their very own book and warm pajamas. These simple items give these lonely children a secure and nurturing bedtime environment. New pajama sizes can be from infant to 16 year old children. The new book will go along with the pajamas for that age child. Please keep the book and pajamas together either in a shopping bag or rubber band for ease of distribution.  Thank you in advance for you generosity!
  • Ladies' Night Out: Wednesday, October 18
    Our Annual Parish Ladies’ Night Out will be held on Wednesday, October 18th at 6 PM at 202 Italian Bistro. For the cost of $25 we come together over a delicious meal and lots of good chatter. The principle behind this event is to afford an opportunity for ladies of our parishto meet. We see each other regularly at Mass but have no opportunity to become acquainted. Tickets will be sold after the Masses or if you wish to come to the LeBeau Center (school) they will be available there as well.
  • Women of Faith Annual Fall Retreat on October 27
    The Women of Faith will host their annual Fall Retreat on Mary and Martha on Friday, October 27, 6 – 9 PM at Halloran Hall, St. Joseph, Lincoln Park. Dinner will be catered from Panera Bread so pre-registration in required by October 18. Look for our flyer in the church foyer.   • One Heart for Haiti Beefsteak Dinner on Friday, November 10
    Our One Heart for Haiti Beefsteak Dinner fundraiser will be held  on Friday, November 10 in St. Joseph’s Halloran Hall.  The doors will open at 6:00 PM, and dinner will be served at 6:30. Tickets are $39 in advance or $43 at the door.
    This includes all-you-can-eat beefsteak, salad, ziti, french fries, soda, coffee, and dessert (BYOB). If you prefer, a whole roasted chicken can be ordered in advance. Checks addressed to One Heart for Haiti can be mailed to Ofie Blewitt, 37 Highland St,  Lincoln Park, NJ 07035.  All proceeds will be used to support One Heart for Haiti, a nonprofit foundation in Grand Vincent, to educate our children in grades PreK-8, as well those enrolled in a five year high school program, and an Adult Education sewing machine class.  Donations are also greatly appreciated.
  • Parish Registration

    If you are new to the parish or have not previously registered in the parish, please do so by calling the office at 973.696.4411 x 101 for a registration form. Also, if you are not receiving collection envelopes, we can arrange to have them sent them to you.

  • Diocesan Pilgrimage to National Basilica in October

    The Diocese of Paterson will be hosting the 2017 Pilgrimage on October 21st. The trip will provide the faithful the opportunity to join parishioners throughout the diocesNationalBasilicae in a prayer filled day at The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. There are two options to participate, a two-day trip which includes visits to the St. Jude Shrine, the Baltimore Basilica and the National Shrine in Washington or the one full day trip to National Shrine in Washington that includes Mass, Confession, Rosary, Divine Mercy, and Catechetical presentations. We ask that you sign up by July 31st. Signup sheets are in the back of church.

  • First Friday Benediction
    Beginning Friday, October 7, we will resume our regular First Friday services with a monthly Eucharistic Holy Hour from 7 to 8 PM, featuring Exposition of the
    Blessed Sacrament, Adoration, and Benediction, provided by our Deacons. Please note that Mass will only be available in the morning at 8 AM.
  • Visiting the Sick and Shut-Ins

    If you have a famly member or know of someone who is sin the hospital or homebound and they would like to receive Holy Communion, please call Sr. Ellen at (973) 696-4411, etx. 3.


    Because of privacy laws, the hospital does not contact us when a parishioner is admitted and therefore, we have no way of knowing.  Notifying us will enable us to visit our parishioners and bring them the sacraments.
